Solution:
In the event of an emergency, the PoC can send real-time streaming to the control center via 4G network, send PTT real-time voice messages to the control center and colleagues for assistance, and contact customers through the company's internal exchange through external calls. The system can provide full call recording function.

(二) The connection between employees and customers

Scenario:
When the hotel counter staff received a guest room call, it was inconvenient for the counter to contact the high maneuverabimaneuverablelity housekeeping or security staff.

Solution:
When the counter receives a call from a guest, he immediately assigns tasks to the housekeeping staff through the PoC. The housekeeping staff can also directly call the room phone through the PoC to understand the guest’s detailed needs, and report the task progress to the counter with the PoC. The whole process of communication content of the staff’s call can be recorded, and the recording file can be read when needed in the future.
