(一) Patients caring and daily routine connection

Scenarios:
When the nursing station received a call to find someone, the nursing staff was patrolling the house in the hospital.
Method 1: Ask the caller to leave message, and ask the nursing staff to call back when they return to the nursing station.
Method 2: In the event of an emergency, sending a person to the ward to notify the nursing staff to return to the nursing station to answer the call

Solution:
The medication cart is equipped with a PoC or a mobile phone for official use. When the nursing station or other personnel are urgently seeking an incident, they can talk through the mobile device equipped on the medication cart.

(二) Intergrating Nurse Call System

Scenario:
During the night shift, when the patient presses the nurse bell, the call will be dialed to the nursing station phone, but when the staff on duty leaves the nursing station due to temporary conditions, the nursing staff will not be able to go to the ward immediately to understand the patient’s condition

Solution:
When the patient triggers the ward nurse bell, the system can call the PoC or mobile phone used by the nursing staff, so that the nursing staff can receive the notification immediately and go to the ward quickly.
